Discuss a project

Services

Usually something is already there and needs to get better. We advise where the lever is, and stay alongside the work.

  • Websites and web applications

Working out what holds up in the existing setup and what does not: structure, presentation, technology, operational safety. We say what needs doing and in what order – and stay with it until it runs.

  • Choosing and adopting software

Support with the question of which tool fits the task – and what it really costs to run. We compare the alternatives, guide the rollout, and make sure that in the end someone can actually work with it.

When it comes to delivery

darue advises and accompanies. For the work itself, the units of the Karuki Group are available – on request, not automatically. Delivering in-house or with third parties works just as well.

Experience

Behind darue stands a network of consultants with expertise across different fields. We bring decades of hands-on experience to where it is needed – in professional work as well as in voluntary work.

Among other things, we have delivered solutions for:

  • Optimising process flows – in sales and logistics
  • Selecting and introducing software products
  • Planning events – obtaining the permits and carrying them out

Approach

What counts for us is a solution with a real improvement behind it – not a concept, and not an invoice.

Service
Hands that actually touch the thing. Whoever only advises leaves paper behind.
Consulting
The look at whether the thing is the right one in the first place. Whoever only executes treats symptoms.
Solutions
What is left when the two come together: something that works better afterwards than before – and that someone actually uses.

Personal and modern

That sounds like a contradiction and is not one. Modern tools take over whatever repeats itself or arrives in large volume. What this frees up is time for the part that cannot be automated.

  • Personal contact

We want to know who we are working with, and on what. Understanding a project means knowing the people who will have to live with it afterwards – and that happens in conversation, not in a form. Whoever gets in touch with us talks to the people who will also accompany the project.

  • Modern means

Automation, analysis and artificial intelligence are a fixed part of how we work. We use them where they make a result measurably better or faster – not because they read well on a website.

Process

No twenty-page proposal before it is even clear what is needed.

  1. Conversation

Together we work out what should get better – and how anyone would be able to tell afterwards that it did. Costs nothing and usually settles half the question.

  2. Scope

A short written proposal: scope, effort, order of work. Small enough to start with, instead of planning at length.

  3. Delivery

In visible steps. After each step there is something that can be looked at and used. Who carries out the work is settled beforehand – in-house, through a unit of the Karuki Group, or with third parties.

  4. Operation

Handover with documentation. Who takes over operations should be decided beforehand – on request this can be arranged through Karuki Services.

If something is beyond us, we say so. Openly and honestly: as equals.

Contact

A short email with two sentences about the project is enough. We usually reply within two working days.
